Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the city of Mecca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role for at least 5 years
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of diverse professionals
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is preferred)
- Indian nationality (or willingness to relocate to Mecca)
