Entry-Level Executive Chef
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cooking and looking to start their career in the culinary industry. As an Entry-Level Executive Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, creating and implementing menus, and ensuring food quality and presentation meets our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and creating menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure they meet our high standards
- Manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- No prior experience required but a passion for cooking is a must
- Must be Indian national or have knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Must be willing to work without experience or English language skills
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be a team player
Salary:
Starting salary for this role is 1700$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.
