Manager for Malayalees in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manager to oversee the operations of our company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a strong background in management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team, setting and achieving business goals, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve company performance
- Monitor financials, budgets, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members

Requirements:
- Malaysian nationality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving business goals
- Knowledge of budgeting, financials, and expense management
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions

Salary: Starting salary of 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi (accommodation provided)
