Call Center Representative

We are hiring a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. You will also be responsible for accurately inputting customer information into our database and following up with customers as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Previous call center experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
