Farm Supervisor


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience in farming and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops
- Train and manage a team of farm workers to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor crop health and take necessary actions to prevent disease or pests
- Maintain proper record keeping for inventory, production, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Assist in budget planning and management to optimize farm productivity

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of farming techniques, equipment, and crops relevant to Abu Dhabi's climate
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a monthly salary of 1400$ for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Abu Dhabi. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Visa:
This is an own visa job. Candidates must have their own visa or be able to obtain one independently.
