Office Assistant

We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant for our company in Sharjah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in using Microsoft Office. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred. We are specifically looking for someone who is Indian and can speak English fluently.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We also provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for our employees.
