A leading bank in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting bank products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper cash levels in the teller drawer at all times
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bank teller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash transactions with speed and efficiency
- Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The working hours may include weekends depending on the branch's schedule.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
