Loader Supervisor (Egyptian Nationals Only)


We are currently seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. This position is open to Egyptian nationals and is suitable for English-speaking individuals. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers at our warehouse facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders, ensuring efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse management to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules
- Maintain accurate records of goods received, loaded, and shipped out
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
