Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring efficient operation of the office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documents and reports, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is also preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role is required. As an Indian national, you must have a valid work permit for Qatar. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. If you are organized, proactive, and able to work independently, we would love to hear from you!
