Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant will provide support to the office by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should also possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken) for effective communication with team members
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Location:
This job is based in Umm-Said, Qatar. Preference will be given to Malayalees who are fluent in English.
