Handyman



We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in El-Ain. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks ranging from basic repairs and maintenance to more complex projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify any repairs or maintenance needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Repair and replace damaged or faulty fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Install new fixtures and appliances when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Communicate with property management regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used for repairs and maintenance
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to complete various manual labor tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and property management

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is located in El-Ain.
