A reputable company in El-Ain is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with a valid visa and willing to work full-time. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing electrical fixtures, and painting walls
- Install new appliances or equipment as needed
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs
- Keep track of materials and equipment inventory and report any shortages to the supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on-site

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management abilities
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Indian national with a valid visa
