We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the freshness and quality of our floral inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorative pieces according to client requests
- Selecting the best flowers, plants, and other materials to create high-quality arrangements
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering helpful suggestions
- Managing inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and delivered on time

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a florist in a busy retail or event setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with an eye for color coordination
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
$1700 monthly salary with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Abu-Dhabi but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
