Carpenter in Salalah, Oman


We are a construction company based in Salalah, Oman and we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Use various tools such as saws, hammers, and drills to cut and shape materials
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts of structures
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on job sites
- Communicate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and use various tools effectively
- Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1700$ per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The selected candidate must make their own living arrangements in Salalah.

Visa Sponsorship:
We offer visa sponsorship for the selected candidate. However, preference will be given to candidates who already have a valid work visa for Oman.
