Art Director - Creative Design Specialist

Our company in Medina is seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding, and digital media. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and goals and translate them into compelling designs that effectively communicate their message.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box

Preferred:
- Experience working in a creative agency environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Experience with video editing software
