Excavator Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Al-Rayyan. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as excavators, to move materials and perform various tasks on construction sites. This position is suitable for Indians and Malayalees who are fluent in English, with or without prior experience and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as needed
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Clear debris and obstacles from work site using the excavator
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Regularly maintain and inspect equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency

Requirements:
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery, specifically an excavator
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and diagrams
- Physically fit to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
