A leading construction company in Hawalli is seeking skilled and motivated Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to specified dimensions and tolerances. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English required, basic communication skills in Arabic is a plus
- Experience in welding and fabrication preferred but not required
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and specifications of the project
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to the specifications of the project
- Weld components using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, stick, and spot welding
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety regulations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational or technical training in welding preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit with ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift heavy materials as needed
