Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Create and maintain work schedules for employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that meet the standards of quality and authenticity for Indian cuisine
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve the restaurant's operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture preferred
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
