Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, staff management, and budgeting
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to plan menus based on seasonal availability of ingredients
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food preparation, service standards, health codes, and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent in English
