Sales Manager - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a contract role with a salary of 1200$, and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Qatari candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Train and manage sales team members to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred
