Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with operating and maintaining various machines such as lathes, drills, saws, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic
