Entry-Level Florist in Dubai


We are a well-established florist company in Dubai, seeking an entry-level florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also assist with maintaining inventory and ensuring the freshness and quality of our flowers.

Requirements:
- Must have a passion for flowers and design
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of floral design techniques
- Good physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and lifting
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Malayalam is a plus)
- Previous experience is not required, but preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to clients' requests
- Assisting with the maintenance and care of flowers, plants, and other materials used in arrangements
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies when needed
- Maintaining a clean work area and ensuring the shop is presentable at all times
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and fulfilling special requests
- Participating in training programs to improve skills in floral design techniques
