Baker - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We are specifically looking for Indian or Malayalee candidates, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Baker and must be able to communicate effectively in basic English. Accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all ingredients are measured and used correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of orders
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker (at least 2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
