Part-Time Tutor in Salalah, Oman

We are in need of a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Part-Time Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality academic support to students in various subjects, including but not limited to English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to each student's needs
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students' academic success
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and incorporate them into tutoring methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher in the subject(s) you will be tutoring
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and use various teaching techniques
- Familiarity with current educational standards and curriculum for relevant subjects
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license from recognized institution or governing body
- Previous experience working with international students or diverse populations
