Female Merchandiser

We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Female Merchandiser to join our team in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, inventory levels, and promotions to maximize sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This position requires a high level of creativity to develop attractive displays that enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that promote product sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Manage promotions and discounts to drive sales
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of design software is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (accommodation not provided)
