Job Title: Sales Manager (Jizan, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
