Mason Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Ajman. As the Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of construction projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other supervisors and contractors on site.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure projects are completed according to specifications
- Train new masons and provide ongoing guidance and support
- Ensure all safety standards are being followed on site
- Plan and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate work schedules
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with others on site
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates from India or Pakistan who do not require English proficiency or accommodation but can provide visa sponsorship if needed. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
