We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes while ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve managing kitchen operations, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining food hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Indian cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Indian Chef or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Ability to create new dishes while following traditional recipes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Fluent in Hindi or any other regional Indian language is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, etc.
- Develop new menu items based on traditional recipes while incorporating modern techniques
- Ensure high-quality standards by maintaining consistency in taste, appearance, and portion sizes of all dishes
- Manage kitchen operations including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, controlling food costs, etc.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling procedures, cleanliness standards, etc.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards by following health codes and regulations
- Work closely with management to develop menus that cater to different dietary needs or preferences
- Continuously innovate by creating new dishes or revising existing ones based on customer feedback

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month, along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
