Mason Supervisor


A reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team. This position is open to Malayalee candidates with strong English communication skills.

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new masons, as well as maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. You must have excellent knowledge of different types of masonry work, including bricklaying, plastering, and tiling. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons
- Plan and assign tasks based on project timelines
- Ensure that all work is completed within budget and to high-quality standards
- Train and mentor new masons
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide guidance when needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Order necessary materials and supplies for projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Fluent English communication skills (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor if needed
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
