Restaurant Manager for Indian Cuisine


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Hawalli. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Indian cuisine and culture, as well as strong leadership and management skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure high quality of food and service standards are maintained at all times
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs preferred
- Must be able to work full-time without experience necessary.
