Restaurant Manager

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers while also driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly interacting with customers and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers.
- Maintain financial records and prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, profits, etc.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer expectations and food trends.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and scheduling.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven experience in managing financial records such as sales reports, budgets, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
