English Teacher

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills through interactive activities, discussions, and assignments. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and deliver effective instruction to students
- Develop curriculum materials such as worksheets, quizzes, and exams
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning and student assessment
- Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and utilize innovative teaching techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of individual students
- Familiarity with technology used in the classroom is a plus
