Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create work schedules for employees and manage payroll
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase brand awareness

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control procedures
- Experience in menu planning, food costing, inventory management, and purchasing
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
