We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and delicious dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that are in line with current food trends and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety standards and follow recipes accurately
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, implementing them into menu items as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards are met

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff from different departments
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree preferred but not required

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Al-Malikiyah (accommodation provided)

Working Hours:
Part-time (20 hours per week)

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.

Skills:
Strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients, excellent communication skills, ability to work flexible hours.
