Restaurant Manager

A busy restaurant in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are providing top-notch service to customers
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, address any concerns, and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menus or make changes to existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Sharjah
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
