Job Title: Construction Manager

Our company, based in El-Ain, is seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Manager for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality and timely completion within budget. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams to ensure high quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with budgeting and financial management for construction projects

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation is not provided but free visa and ticket will be given for Pakistani nationals. However, we welcome applicants of all nationalities who meet the job requirements. This position may also be considered for part-time work depending on the candidate's availability.
