Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Egypt
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company goals and targets. You will also develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
- Develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Egyptian market
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
