Sales Manager (Indian Nationals) - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the Indian market. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and we provide free visa and ticket for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Indian market.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth functioning of sales processes.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Qatar.
