Petroleum Engineer for Oil and Gas Exploration in Lusail, Qatar



We are seeking a talented and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for oil and gas exploration projects. You will also be involved in the design, installation, and operation of equipment used for extracting oil and gas from reservoirs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to determine the most efficient methods for extracting oil and gas from reservoirs
- Designing and overseeing the installation of equipment used for drilling, testing, and production
- Collaborating with geologists and other engineers to develop drilling plans
- Monitoring production levels and making adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Analyzing data from well tests to optimize production rates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in oil and gas exploration or production
- Familiarity with industry software such as Petrel or Eclipse
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
$1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Lusail, Qatar (no English language proficiency required)
