Indian Construction Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
