Construction Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region and possess strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Oversee project schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Provide leadership to project team members and motivate them to achieve project goals
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
