Indian Executive Chef in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus that showcase the best of Indian cuisine
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to meet budget and quality requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable Indian restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
