We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals and targets, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve set targets and increase revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market trends
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve company objectives
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads, contacts, and customer information
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
