Sales Manager (Malayalee) in Mecca

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mecca. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities through market research
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and monitor performance
- Train and motivate sales team members
- Analyze sales data and provide feedback to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
