Restaurant Manager
A busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service to customers, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff members
- Ensure that all food and drinks meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Create and implement budgets, sales goals, and marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan.
