Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Your duties will include creating schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing financial transactions. You will also be responsible for training and motivating employees, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and a strong understanding of the food industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this position. You must also have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply
- Create budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain good relationships
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Train employees on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and procedures
- Familiarity with health codes and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
