Supply Manager

We are in search of an experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This position requires a highly driven individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing supply chain operations. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and quality products
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Manage the distribution process, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery to customers
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supply chain or procurement role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Excellent negotiation skills with proven ability to secure cost-effective deals with suppliers
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
