Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and procedures. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, including African nationals. Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects in Riyadh or the Middle East region
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Experience managing diverse teams with different backgrounds and nationalities
