Join our dynamic culinary team as an Executive Chef at our luxury hotel in Sharjah, UAE. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency in food preparation. You will lead a team of talented chefs and cooks from various backgrounds and cultures to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect the hotel's culinary concept and standards
- Oversee food purchasing, storage, and inventory management
- Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on African or Malayalee dishes preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Good understanding of food costing, budgeting, and inventory management

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or 10 years as a Sous Chef in a high-end establishment
- UAE work experience is an advantage but not required
