Construction Project Coordinator


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
- Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Facilitate meetings with project team members to discuss progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials at the best prices.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Doha

Preference given to African or Egyptian candidates.

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. English proficiency is not required for this position. Part-time opportunities may be available for candidates without experience.
